Download titles must:
* contain version numbers.

2. Movies
Download titles must:
* be submitted in the following format:
o Movie Name (YYYY)
+ The Departed (2006) -- (Correct)
+ The Departed -- (Wrong)
3. Music
Download Titles Must :
The Police - Certifiable (2008) --> (Correct)
The Police - Certifiable ---> ( Wrong)
4. Games
Download titles must:
* not be suffixed with "PC"/"(PC)" if it is a PC game. It is assumed a PC game.
o Need for Speed: Carbon (PC) -- No
o Need for Speed: Carbon-- Yes
* be suffixed with the console name in brackets if not a PC game.
o Sonic The Hedgehog (PS3) -- Yes
o Burnout Dominator (PS2) -- Yes
o NBA Street Homecourt (Xbox 360) -- Yes
o Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (Wii) -- Yes
